Run test cases through Orchestrator always shows failed result

Hello,
when we run test case through studio pro it gives ‘verification passed’ while running through orchestrator it gives failed status.we have configured all the things like bot type is testing and environment is also same for both test case and Bot still we are getting this issue…
Please help us to resolve this issue.

Could you let us know what are you trying to test/verify and when the orchestrator shows the result as test case failed, what is the reason it displays? ( You hav the option ‘View Assertions’ to know why the test case is failed).

We have created the small login process where we are trying to verify whether login is successful or not…In our orchestrator enterprise trial, there no option like assertion to see failed message reason…
