Please may i know the possible reasons

There are so many reasons behind this…
- We need to create a robot account
- For that account we need to set up the things like Attended and Unattended enabled to that robot…
For these kind of questions we have one solution…
Try this and let me know:
Tenant->Manage Access->Select your account->Edit->Robot Setup->Run Foreground automation
provide the following
—> Press Win+R → TYPE whoami->copy the code and provide it in Domain/Username
Your windows password
Then click on save.

most likely this is the case, because you do not have a robot available to execute your Test Case.
Pls make sure that you have a robot of type Testing available, that is assigned to an environment, that has been used for your Test Set.

Do you mean the normal workflow which is published to the orchestrator or the test automation?
