Run Process include outlook send mail activity in Remote desktop

Hi all, i have the process contains send mail by outlook, when i perform in local it’s quite good, but when i use remote desktop, the client computer has a notification to access my outlook. How can i make the process automatic send mail is the same my local computer in remote desktop ? Thank for advance.
