Outlook email automation on remote desktop

Hello,

Can somebody please help me by sharing your best practice on email automation using remote desktop connection.

I need to do the following:

  1. Check if Outlook is running on a remote computer (I use “get processes” activity on the local computer, but that does not work on remote computer. I can automate logging into remote computer using RDP, but I cannot follow it by “get processes” because this activity automatically checks processes on my local computer only. Is there a way to trigger a similar “get processes” activity on a remote computer that would search for Outlook process and run it if not found?)

  2. Check if specific email is found in shared mailbox #1 on remote computer and save attachments from it?

  3. Check if a different specific email is found in another shared mailbox #2 on remote computer and save attachments from it?

  4. Repeat

Thank you for any assistance provided!!
