Run automation projects using UiPath Assistant (Autopilot Express User license)

I have 1 Automation Developer license (using UiPath Studio) and 100 Autopilot Express User licenses.
When I build an automation process on UiPath Studio (user with Automation Developer license), can I run that project using UiPath Assistant of Autopilot Express User license?
I tried but got error, please help me.

error is more related to firewall blocks or package unabel to download/install
