I am have installed Autopilot from orchestrator successfully but when i tried to install the Autopilot from UiPath Assistant i am facing the Installation Failed Error. Please help me.

Check if your firewall is not blocking the connection. Also check if you are fulfilling the prerequisites for this.

yes i have followed the perquisites and i can able to install Autopilot for everyone from Orchestrator. but when i restarted my UiPath assistant the Autopilot started installing automatically their it is throwing the above installing error.

Alright. Any issue with network like below
Network instability: Packet loss or high latency on the network can disrupt the connection.
Firewall issues: Firewalls on either side might be blocking necessary traffic, causing the connection to drop.
Connection interruption: A sudden interruption in the network connection, like a cable being unplugged, can lead to this error.

Try running the automatic process added under process tab related to Autopilot and wait till the run is completed. Restart the Assistant

Showing system exception with these 2 packages UiPath.EmguCVBundle.1.3.0 and UiPath.Vision.3.14.2’package

These packages are dependencies of Computer Vision and seems incompatible with the version of Assistant.
Do you have any processes on Orchestrator using CV activities?

So it was Firewall issue.
