Hi, we currently have a Orchestrator (cloud) with community plan and a Studio Enterprise License. When connecting the machine to Orchestrator it shows, connected, Unlicensed.

Can you open orchestrator and at Tenent level check the license page.
If you don’t have the licenses then you have to allot the license to this tenant level
Then you can connect

IF the orchestrator is in Community Plan then you have to use the Community Edition of Studio
It should not be Enterprise Studio

Thanks, how do we update license in Orchestrator? I’d like to enter the license we got.
It says below that i need to click update but there is no update button in license tab.
Is the license you received is for Cloud orchestrator or on-premises orchestrator?

I think this is for the robot only - UiPath Attended Robot - Named User
Is this different for UiPath Orchestrator Cloud?
Attended Robot is different
UiPath Orchestrator Cloud is different
You have only Attended Robot, you can deploy it locally, but for orchestrator you need to purchase another license

Go to Start → search as Services → look for UiPath Robot and right click it → Restart and give a try

This is weird. We have this community license of Orchestrator before and we can connect to Enterprise Bot - still showing as licensed. Dont know what changed.
Disconnect the robot and reconnect @rpa_automation
still the same, i restarted our machine also
What type of robot you have created for this machine and pls check once whether you have the runtime license available and is not been occupied by another machine
The license we got for robot is UiPath Attended Robot - Named User
For now, we activated enterprise trial for Orchestrator. Will raise this to our vendor and will get back to this.
