Robot Error in Uipath Studio

I installed UiPath community edition, and in UiPath studio it says Robot Error
image
BEcause of that, I am unable to get data from Orchestrator, also unable to use Gmail integrations, reinstalling doesn’t help.

UiPath Assistant shows as Licensed
Looks like Issue is with studio connecting to orchestrator server, how can I try to solve this issue?

@Edgar_Jakubicki

did you tried logout from assistant and re login from assistant and try

Please check if Robot is correctly configured on orchestrator and you are able to see it in assistance.

Hi @Edgar_Jakubicki

Please login UiPath Studio with same account.

and Check UiPath Assistant’s Orchestrator connection, reconfigure the Robot in UiPath Studio, ensure your community license is valid, and verify firewall/proxy settings.

@Edgar_Jakubicki,

It looks like the license issue. What’s the license allocated to your user id on Orchestrator?

@Edgar_Jakubicki

Welcome to the community

This happens wither due to different in robot ans studio versions

Or might be that the license is not proper or assistant is not connected

In UiPath assistant are you seeing green dot? If yes then try reinstalling may be the versions are different

If not then signin from assistant…

If green dot and same versions then allocated automation developer in orchetarator → tenants → manage access → edit user

You can check for the robot services in task manager, try to refresh or restart

May this will solve your error

Hi @Edgar_Jakubicki,

How are you connected to orchestrator?

Can you show screenshot of your orchestrator setting from assistant?

Sonali

Hi @Edgar_Jakubicki,

Even if UiPath assistant says connected and licensed. When you connect using machine key it is connected but sign in also is required.

You also require to sign in in assistant to get rid of this error.

To be able to use cloud orchestrator, assistant sign in is must.

Sonali

@Edgar_Jakubicki Sign to orchestrator through UiPath Assistant and refresh the connection

This is normal. Not a real error. When you’ll establish an unattended robot and a machine template from the orchestrator and connect the UiPath assistant to it, then switch to that folder from studio, the error will disappear

Thank you all for all help, reinstall and relogin helped!
