I keep getting a robot error in studio. In assistant it says connected, unlicensed.
I haven’t used up my license.
Hi,
I faced this error when trying to connect to cloud Orchestrator.
if you are using Cloud Orchestrator, Check your User account setup is correct and you have license type set as RPA Developer or RPA Developer PRO.
Unfortunately that is how mine is set.
Thanks Palaniyappan
After restarting studio and reopening orchestrator -
I see this error message “Communication error with robot service. Please check Robot Service status. Reason: There are no available licenses on the server.”
I am not sure why this is. I have available licenses.
No worries
Go to Start → Search as Services → there search for UiPath Robot and right click and restart the service and give a try
If not restart the machine itself and give a try
It’s a connectivity issue
Cheers @atltaxexpert
I am still a newbie.
when you say Start…are you referring to Windows “Start” or in Orchestrator, or elsewhere?
I apologize for such a basic question.
Incidentally, I dont see uiPath robot in services.
No worries
Disconnect the robot and try reconnecting
