Hey @Shahazeer_Ummer_D as per the Exception message it not the Robot problem it clearly shows that the assets you are trying to get is not accessible.can you try with a sample Test just use Get Asset activity and check you are able to get the value or not.
cheers

Hi @Shahazeer_Ummer_D
check if your robot is connected to Orchestrator, ensure the Robot Key in UiPath Assistant matches the one in Orchestrator, verify your license is active, restart the UiPath Robot service.
try this.

For some reason my tenant name doesnt appear .

Hi @Shahazeer_Ummer_D
Could you Sign Out and try Signing in from Assistant first through Preferences → Orchestrator Settings

Aldready tried with assistant , studio , also did in my browser.

@Shahazeer_Ummer_D try to contact with admin have they Restrict your access on orchestrator. and if you have access kindly check go to admin section then check your tenant is listed or not.
cheers

@Shahazeer_Ummer_D,

This error occurs when your Studio isn’t connected with the Orchestrator. Check at the right bottom of the Studio, you will see Red color Robot error.

Solution?
Re login into the studio.

Already tried that several times

This is my personal account. I havent opened the orchestrtor at all. if it was some kind of admin permission then i wouldnt be able to run published process on assistant. Only studio is having this issue

This is purely because of that robot connection error you see with the red message, you need to resolve that. If you say assistant is connected it suggests you dont have a licence in Studio perhaps.

@Shahazeer_Ummer_D,

Ok then most probably your license is expired or deallocated.

if license was expired i wouldnt be able to run process from assistant

I tried logging in through a dummy account of mine without any license and it works. It doesnt work with my work account which im currently using.

There is something wrong with the licence allocation, as stated. You need to figure out why it thinks you don’t have a licence for an automation developer with that account.

try logging out of UiPath Assistant and Studio, clear any cached credentials, and log in again using your work account.

Hi @Shahazeer_Ummer_D,

We have observed this issue happening for below 2 reasons:

  1. Either you are not signed in from your assistant.
  2. If the account you are logging from has an unattended license assigned but troubleshooting session is not enabled.

can you check if any of these scenarios is applicable to you.

i have same problem

Hi @abujargafary8409,

please check the 2 points i have mentioned and ensure you logged in to assistant and troubleshooting session is enabled if this error pops up for service account having unattended license.
