Robot does not exist (Service mode installation) - Unattended robot

Hi,
I am on UiPath robot version 20.10.6 and cloud orchestrator. I tried setting up an unattended robot on a server but I keep getting errors. I first create a machine template and allocated 1 unattended license to it. Then I created a user with “Robot” and “Automation User” rights. Then I tried connecting the UiPath Assistant using Machine Key which threw an error saying “Use interactive sign in”. So I did that. Now it shows the error “Robot does not exist”. I had installed only the robot in Service mode. Could you please guide me?
