Retrying if Process Fails

I have a scheduled process and was wondering if it is possible to set up that it will retry the process in say one hour? I am thinking this would be done through orchestrator but I am unable to find the setting if it exists. I currently have a retry activity, however, sometimes it is due to the website, that I am trying to access, is down. So it would be useful to retry it after a significant time has passed.

I do not see in this doc where it says to do what I was asking. Am I just missing it?
