i submitted a request to get the badges for foundation, orchestrator and advanced, having completed them all, but i provided a different email address, whish i didn’t use while taking the trainings. Now I cannot submit for another request.
How can I request again? thank you for your support guys
If your Forum email is the same as the Academy email, simply submit the request. If it is different, please put your Academy email in the request in the indicated place.

It’s a rather straightforward process. Please follow these steps:
Click the Request button on the Advanced group page.
Please provide your email used on the Academy in the request box.
(just replaced the text marked in yellow with your email
)
Click Submit request
You can submit the request infinite amount of times It is handled by a robot that matches the provided email with your Academy account, reads your progress and assigns you to the correct group.
If you don’t provide an email, the robot will use your Forum email to check the Academy (and if they differ, it will close the request without assigning you to the group, because it couldn’t find you on the Academy).
Yeah, seems like it is pretty straightforward, but as i mentioned and showed via a screenshot, it is telling me that i already submitted a request and won’t allow me to submit, even after replacing the ‘text’ with my email address.
I see now. Normally the requests are resolved within an hour and then you can re-apply. However, we have some temporary technical issue with our robot. After it’s fixed, all will be back to normal and working again.
