I wanted to solve this one with regex and get the ff output below . I wanted to include if there is a text that is in next line like Insura and also I wanna ignore all those numbers with empty string. please check sample output below. Any idea thanks?

Regex is the method to grab repetitive words/phrases which have their structure defined in the pattern. In your case it might be hard as your whole sentences have numbers same as the each line beginning. I think here you need work with string operations combined with regex.
