Regarding orch details related to Robots and and Jobs using UiPath Activity

Hi All,
Is there a possibility to get orch details about robots and jobs using an activity in the UiPath code ?
I know it can be done by API calls. But, I would like to know if any Uipath activity is there which captures Orch Job and Robot details? My requirement is : Dispatcher is going to insert the records from a workflow tool continuously after 5mins sleep. It will check available processor bots which are idle and available and try to assign them.
For eg , lets suppose I have 1 disp and 10 processor bots for my process " ABC".
At the beginning, Disp gets 6 Records (after checking Workflow tool) and assigns them to Queue and will trigger 6Processor bot. Suppose, proccessor bot has a processing time of 20mins .Disp has a sleep logic of 5 mins, it will again check the workflow tool and then finds 3 new records which it adds to the Queue again. It will have to again check the Processor bots which are idle and available and should assign them those records.
