Many time we have seen the recommendation given for any question asked or browsed is totally different, it will be good if all the same topics are viewed in Recommendation.

Here in the attached screenshot all I can see in suggested topics are the topics which I searched for not recommended as per the subject of the issue raised, do correct me if I am wrong.
Well, actually, I think this is expected behaviour.

Basically, the topics are displaying like that for you because:
You might have to go over your watched topics first to receive suggestions for other ones 
You can also remove the watched/tracked status for the topic at the bottom of it using this option:
