I believe you would require the Endpoint for the Purchase Order ML Package, if so, you should be able to find it in the below docs :

Check if the API Key is the correct API key used, Also maybe re-generate a new API key and try with that.
Also, Let us know the total number of pages present document.
Yeah ok, I will check the API key
only one page is available in one document.
After I used the new API key also got same exception.
What is the type of the field “items” and to what field have you mapped this field while extraction. Can you please post a screenshot of taxonomy manager showing field items and the extraction mapping of the same field.

I trained the document in document understanding in Orchestrator, and I used the endpoint URL, now it is working.
However, I attempted to train the documents using the AI Center, successfully creating a project, dataset, data-labelling, ML-Package, and ML-Skill. But When I started the pipelining it got failed, could you please help me on this?

I trained the ml model in AI center successfully, skill also visible in studio, and labels also available, but while running got exception, can you please help me on this
Can you try closing studio, disconnect assistant from the orchestrator and reconnect again (Sign out and sign in back), Open studio back, go to extractor configuration, click on settings icon (bottom of your extractor name), refresh skills by refresh button and choose the skill once again, map the fields, run and check.

After, I followed your steps also got same issue,
Can you try to delete the skill and deploy a new one.
I tried to delete the skill but it is not deleting, and I trained the new one, but MLSkill and Ml package in deploying state from 40 minutes
Going to ML Skills page, on to the right most side of the ML Skill you can find the delete button. Attaching the screenshot below.
