Pulling data from multiple excel files to one file

Hello all,

I recently started on my journey on StudioX (using community edition) and automating excel files using that. But, I have taken on something which is more than my current skill set on this app. So, I came here to request help on this topic.

Scenario: I have already created a sequence in StudioX, which downloads files from outlook and saves it to a desktop folder. What I need now is:

  1. Loop through all these files in the folder,
  2. Click on a specific sheet, named “Summary”(there are multiple sheets in all files, the names never change)
  3. There is a Pivot in this summary sheet, where I need to search for 3 names, e.g. A, B and C, then double-click on each of them, which opens a new sheet with the data for the respective names…
  4. Then copy this data to a Base File in a different desktop folder.

I am very new to this and I only know that I need to use “For each file in folder” activity for this. But, I am stuck after that. So, any guidance is appreciated here. Thank you.
