Publishing error 404 from Studio to Orchestrator

I just started training and I am using Orchestrator in the Automation cloud for training. When I try to publish I get a 404 error. Logs stat that I need the API key. I followed the steps below to see if I could view or generate a key. However, there was no API Access service available. Where would I generate the key?

  • Navigate to Admin > Tenants . The Tenants page is displayed with a list of all existing tenants.
  • Expand the desired tenant to display the available services.
  • Click API Access () for the corresponding Orchestrator service. The API Access window is displayed with the following service-specific information:

Dear Off1,

Could you please check the connection of the orchestrator and Bot(studio) through UiPath Assistant.
And if there exists, did you establish connection through service URL or Machine key?
If we are connecting using machine key template, then You have to copy the Machine key(API Key) from orchestrator to establish connection for unattended bot.

Please go through this link for better understanding of the new orchestrator to establish connection for attended/unattended bots.

Welcome to the forum @off1

Can you share the error you are getting?

While publishing we just need to make sure that we are connect to the orchestrator correctly.

Below blog shows all the steps in connecting and publishing

Geetishree Rao,
I have connection from Studio to Orchestrator. However, when I attempt to publish it states no API Key in the logs.

Thanks

HI @off1,

Can you also show us the screenshot for your workflow?

Are you trying to access some uipath activity in the workflow which required an api key mention? Please cross check.

Also, which option are you using to publish “custom” or “tenant level feed” publish?

Regards
Sonali

Dear Off1,

Please try to follow the link which I shared earlier to create robot-user-machine-folder mapping and then publish to orchestrator feed.
Could you share the screenshots in a word file for the below points, this would help to resolve the problem:

1.Assistant Screenshot

2.Studio

3.Orchestrator Folder - Machine - User mapping
Machine
User roles
4.Publish settings

Thanks,
