Dont click on arrow dropdown, click on

Directly click on Publish option=> You will get an pop up=> Give the package name & version=> Click on Next=> You will get three options=> Select where you want to publish the project=> click next=> click Publish. Refer the image for better understanding.

Don’t click on the dropdown of the Publish If you click on that it will ask to publish test cases.
Direct click on publish button. Then the publish window will appear.

the below image refers the upload of the test cases so if you uploading any test cases into your orchestrator then first make your xaml as set as publish and then you will be able to publish the xaml into orchestrator using the below marked tab.

If you wanted to upload the project into orchestrator then click the below marked tab so that your project will be uploaded into orchestrator.
