Publish a package from UiPath studio to Orchestrator gives me this error message "Error: Publish of Process project to Orchestrator failed. You are not authorized!"

haven’t used UiPath in a while with Orchestrator. I guess my UiPath studio auto updated so I have the latest version. When I am trying to open my projects theres a note in error list (as you can see in the first 3 lines in the picture)

my main problem is when I am trying to publish a project. it gives me this error.
“Error: Publish of Process project to Orchestrator failed. You are not authorized!”

I already checked my orchestrator and it is “connected, licensed”

My UiPath version: 2020.3.0-beta.84
My UiPath Assistant version: 20.3.1

*UiPath Assistant is previously the UiPath Robot

I’m facing similar issue, how did you resolve this issue.
