Project Notebook Issue

I am unable to create a Bot as per the academy class lecture activity, due to the below issue.
Every time I am trying to reference a document from my local it is reading from the “Data Manager > Notebook” on the right hand.
How can I get rid of the notebook from the data manager section?

add a “use excel file” and point it to your custom excel file. then all activities will be placed inside that excel card and reference the new excel file. if you don’t use an excel card to point to your custom excel file, by default the workflow ill use the integrated notebook file.
