StudioX Training - Project Notebook

I’ve just started and completed the sample StudioX training for building your first bot. (Find your Unicorn Name). The problem is that the training does not reflect what is happening in the tool. The training says to use an Excel file named Unicorn Name (which was downloaded from the training module) but the tool does not let you use the Excel file to select the name to be entered in the webpage nor does it allow you to write to it late. You are forced to use the Project Notebook Excel file. Even if I try to create something entirely different, it will not let me do anything in Excel except with the Project Notebook. This is very frustrating. Any clues?
