about 1-1,5 years ago our license expired and we bought a new one.
afterwards our whole setup stopped working.
we contacted UiPath support and asked for help. together we were able to fix all issues within about 2-3 hours by deleting, recreating and assigning pretty much every machine, robot, folder etc.
since then our unattended setup´s assistant started acting weird.
usually after restarting, status is yellow and says something like “cannot retrieve liecense”.
we need to configure troubleshooting session whenever we restart our server. without doing so, not a single process is listed in assistant.
It seems that you have trouble getting an answer to your question in the first 24 hours.
