Process gets Stucks in between while in production (Working on SAP Application), neither it gives an Error nor close the process

I am working on process in which SAP application is used, the process gets stuck in between at same step, it is not giving any error and it feels like goes into infinite loop but it’s not.

SAP applications is also hangs we can’t do any operation and we have to close it from Task manager.

Why this happens, not able to understand, please help me.

If possible, we can connect, I little worried about because it is in Production right now.

Can you please specify what are the operations that are happening before it
