Please help! Excel file does not want to open

I am getting this error when trying to open this excel file, I have been running the bot and the file has been opening now it doesn’t want to open, I am not sure what they are talking about when they say its been used by another program because I have also restarted my machine. What could be the issue here

Hi @Anelisa_Bolosha1

If you don’t want the excel to be open while running the process please uncheck the Visible property in the properties panel of Excel Application Scope. This won’t open the excel whbile running the process.

In the Process Nmae → “Excel”

If you want to close the excel application then in Process Name give this
“Excel”
