Pearson Vue Login Issues

Hello Community:

I got my discounted voucher for the new test and went to Pearson Vue to schedule my test: UiPath Certified Professional program :: Pearson VUE

My old password did not work, and each time the password is reset, it is not working either. The temporary passwords Pearson sends not working either and no replies from customer service. Anyone else having the same issues with their website?

The person who answered said they are from the “Medical Alert Center”

I see that number here, but it’s now a computer recording saying you have “won” a medical alert device that you wear around your neck in case you fall down

Thanks for your help. I tried signing in with a different browser (Firefox vs Chrome) and got in. Strange. I called a number I found and was told to leave a message

Looks like the pages are chached…try to clear pr try to open in incognito

Customer care has timings check the same
