UI Path Certification voucher issue

Hi,
I’ve purchased a voucher for UI path RPA associate exam from UI Path Pearson Store having order# 1940508 . The reason to opt for voucher is my credit card is not working on Pearson website. I tried to google seems like others are having the same issue as well. So I opted this way. Can you pls provide me the voucher code? as my amount is deducted and I want to give the exam. I contacted support numerous time, call on numbers but no one picked up.

It been more than 12 hours and i still did not get the voucher. I am so much stressed as the amount gets deducted from my account but no voucher yet thought it should be available asap. I want to give this exam asap as this is a need in my career. Kindly issue me a voucher immediately or let me know how I can get refund.

I tried to send email/ contact live chat and also contacted on their no. but no luck - no one is replying to my email… no one is picking up the call. I m so stressed now. :frowning:

I haven’t received any voucher via email after the successful payment of amount for UiPath Automation Developer Associate Voucher - 50% Off on Friday 09th Feb 2024 via Paypal in website https://uipathmarketplace.pearsonvue.com/.

I had send email to uipathstorehelp@pearson.com but no reply.

Kindly suggest what can be done for refund of amount.

Do not worry, the Pearson Vue support team may be slow at responding requests but they will definitely get back to you. You could try contacting them via live chat by following this link :

Or try to find the number you should call based on where you are, faster than live chat.

Thanks for the quick reply, i had contacted via phone and by email ( pvapvouchers@pearson.com ) to local voucher store Customer service :: UiPath :: Pearson VUE , they replied like they are not aware of UiPath voucher and informed i have to contact uipathstorehelp@pearson.com ( https://uipathmarketplace.pearsonvue.com/)

Anyway will wait for two more days.

In https://uipathmarketplace.pearsonvue.com/ page there is no phone number. If they are providing option to buy voucher they should provide customer support.

Finally i got my voucher from uipathstorehelp@pearson.com after two working days( thanks ), i had reported the issue to Paypal through which payment was made.
