RPA - UiPath Associate certification - score report not showing

Hi, I took the UiPath RPA associate certification on Nov-08-2024 but i did not clear the exam. I could not view the score reports in Pearsonvue. As iam currently preparing for the exam again i was thinking of re-looking in to the score report and giving attention to the topics that i did not perform well.
How will i view my score report? will it not be seen if we did not pass the exam? i did not get any email as well.

Check if you are looking with same email id you had used while registering. You should have received and email even for failed attempt.

  1. Login into Person VUE site
  2. On Dashboard, look for View Score Report link

  1. Here you should be able to see your all attempts Pass/Fail and their Score Report.

Hi @ashokkarale I’m using the same account and the last email that i got after exam completion had a link to view score report but that also returns invalid.

In the view score report page also if you see it is ‘delivery successful’ - no pass/fail status is shown like yours.

And when i click that view button, it navigates to a page like this

unfortunately i did not take the exam in any center, i took it online. Do you know any support team contact details, i couldn’t find one.
