Not received the UiPath certificate credentials

Hello,

I am cleared my UiARD exam. I have used my personal mail ID to give the exam. I am a former UiPath employee. My credentials have been sent to my UiPath email ID to which I don’t have access. Ive raised several tickets with the support mentioning the same but there is no reply from there end other than it been sent to UiPath mail ID. Can anyone please help me out with this? It has been quite sometime and I urgently need the credentials.

Firstly choose your exam from Log in // Pearson VUE
Each exam program has a unique login. For some testing programs, you will login with your Pearson VUE username and password. For other programs, you may be redirected to their website.

Find your exam program’s login in the alphabetical list below by clicking on the name of the test sponsor / organization.

I have my score report and exam history. I also logged into certmetrics, it says I have passed the exam. But I need the digital credentials for uploading it on linkedin and to share it with employers.

In the credentials website are you able to see this in your wallet ?

Sometimes it takes time you can wait or drop an email to support team @Vishal1

The credentials website is accredible, it was automatically created for my UiPath mail ID and since I don’t have access to it. I am not able to login. There is an option to request the credentials to the linked mail ID. Here if I enter the UiPath mail ID, it is sending the credentials only to this account but I don’t have access to the account.
I am checking with the support everyday but there is no reply from their end.

Try to create account
By sign up using same email id which u have used to register for exam
