PDF extraction to Excel

Hello Guys,

I recently joined UiPath and started working on it, I created a process of extract data (copy) from excel and paste it into website but the problem is its pasting all the rows in that column instead of just one row.

and also when I paste the ID and click search, pop up of PDF comes which I open and from there I want to extract data and create an excel file.

Please help, I followed the video tutorials but very little help.
