Welcome to the community

Looks like a network issue…may be the feeds are not accessible …if there are firewalls either disable and check ir whitelist the feed urls

Cheers

If I want to do the whitelist then how to whitelist and what should I do please reply me ?

Hi @Muhammad_Tarik

Try to run the assistant in administrator mode.
If you run a service user which has not the right to install e.g. the packages it will fail.

So you can use the service user but before you have to set the assistance.exe to run as administrator and it will work just fine with a service user how has minimum permissions.

Hope this helps
