Outlook Mail stuck in Outbox

Hello All,

While sending emails through outlook mails are getting stuck in outbox folder and when I open the outlook that time mail sent to end user.
This is happening in Production environment so I cant open the outlook. Any lead on this would appreciate. I don’t wana open outllook

Hi ,

You can try using start process(start your outlook process) before sending mail.hope this will resolve your issue

Could you tell me what parameter I should pass?

Drag a start process activity and provide your outlook execution file(ex: “C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE”) path. please find the sample
