Outlook mail problem

Get Outlook Mail Messages: The specified folder does not exist. I am getting this often after specifying the mail ID in the mailbox with and without. Added folder as “Inbox”. I can’t change compatibility from Windows to legacy as some of the features are not available there.

Hi @anglo

Just remove and reinitialize the Get Outlook Mail message activity then give the Folder name with in double quotes.

Double-check the folder name, and make sure you’re using the correct format, such as “Inbox.”
