Issue while sending mails through UiPath Outlook Emails are undelivered with an unspecific error HEX 80004005.

  • This issue is between the Outlook and Exchange servers. These errors(unspecific error: HEX 80004005) are not generated by the UiPath Activities - Send Outlook Mail messages.
  • This originates from an Invalid Group returned when Outlook is trying to send the message to Exchange.


Workaround:
  • Reach out to the Exchange team or Microsoft team.
