UiPath Studio - Shared Mailbox not showing on Outlook App Card

Tried searching previous topics related to this but I’m not able to find any solutions.
I’m using UiPath Studio 2020.10.10 and all my packages are updated to current.

My problem is the shared mailbox added on my outlook is not pulling up on Desktop app card account list. I tried the basic troubleshooting(listed below) that I was able to get on other topics but still no go.

*restarting both outlook and studio and my machine as well
*manually adding the mailbox email (shared.mailbox@myautomation.com) - “quoted” and non-quoted - on account field

*manually adding the mailbox name (Mailbox, Shared) on Account Field"quoted" and non-quoted

There is no any error returned but will always capture the mail list on my default acct regardless of what manually added mailbox was selected
