Outlook activity 2nd mailbox

Hello ,

I want to sort and do different things in Outlook Mailboxes butcthe problem is that just me default account is able to select but I have a team mailbox which is set up under account settings in Outlook and Studio X cannot fetch the data if I fill in the address manually - do you have a Solution to control that other Mailbox? Thx

I believe you are trying with use desktop outlook app activity…Ideally it would be displayed in the account section if the shared mailbox is added to the outlook app

But I am not able to access it via Use Desktop Outlook App and not via Use Application/Browser
