Solution:
They need Robots and Orchestrator to 2022.4.+ at least to work with all the process functionalities.
In Orchestrator -> Settings -> Robot Security -> Set Hybrid for Attended and Unattended robot authentication.
Solution Instructions:
- Screenshot of the license page of the specific product (Navigate Tenant > License > See more)
- The no. of runtimes allocated and shared across the templates.
- Turn off the toggle under Robot setup for the accounts that don’t require runtime associated with it.
- Sign off other users/Robot accounts logged in to the machine which would release the license acquired earlier if any.
- In Orchestrator -> Settings -> Robot Security -> Set Hybrid for Attended and Unattended robot authentication.
- Validate the activation of the license for the specific user and its configuration either in the Robot or in Manage Access like below:
- Confirm the addition of both the user and the mapped machine to the folders in Tenant >> Folders.
