Connected to Orchestrator but unable to retrieve a license giving issue

I am trying to connect unattended robot there but after applying machine key it shows the error. i have also checked tenant there is allocated license also. one unattended machine is connected and working fine but another Machin’s assistant throws this error.
i have define both machine in separate folder.
