Orchestrator run doesn't add saved data to excel output file

Hi Guys, when we run processes from orchestrator . It doesn’t add saved/generated data to output excel file. However, when we run file from studio. It adds the generated data to output file.

It’s better if you add more details to your issue?

Also, check that where you are generating the output file, Is it as shared drive and have the access to the Robot machine?

Does the Robot user have necessary access to the folder/file?

Thank you, Srini. We have access to the robot machine. However, system is in server desktop. when we run processes from studio, output data(billing no or transaction no or order no) saved in excel output file. But when we run processes from orchestrator, it doesn’t add output data to excel file.

Will it possible to share the screenshot of the workflow here? Also did you verified the path of the Excel? Are you trying to execute the process from orchestrator in the same machine in which you executed from studio?

Thank you, Rahul. Unable to share the screenshot. We had asked client side to give admin access for remote system. After got that access, error was not coming.
