Orchestrator Login Error

We received an error logging into Orchestrator. It says, “500 - An unexpected error occurred.” I’ve searched for Orchestrator errors and the only other error I’ve read about is, “500 - Internal Server Error.” To fix our error, we re-installed Orchestrator. We’d like to know if this is a common error and if re-installing was the proper solution, or if the website was just down, or if it was the same error as internal server error.

This is a generic error that we display.
The most common way to find out what causes the issue is to check the Event Viewer for any errors that might help you.
