Orchestrator log file downloaded empty

Hello,

Could you please help me out to on this:
In Production I am able to download log file but it is empty.
What could be the reason? Please help me out on this.

check the robot’s status log level, most probably you may assign log level: off
change it as you want to another

Thanks for reply!! but if log level is off so nothing should be download right. Problem is what I am able to see logs in orchestrator and if I apply filter and download file able to get data but if everything(without filter) tried to download not able to get data only columns name are coming.

Eg. while downloading it is showing FileName.csv(42byte) and after downloading file size is 1KB

Is this about the cloud.uipath.com or your on-premise tenant? Is it maybe an enterprise issue (if so, please contact technical support for direct assistance).

If I understood it right, you try to download your logs using this button and Time:ALL selected:

I’ve just tested it and it does start downloading everything for me on cloud.uipath.com tenant. Could you therefore provide more details?

Yes I was trying to download using that download button only.I am just getting download name of the columns but data is not coming.

Does it work for the next biggest time range available after all (last 30 days)?

As @loginerror mentioned you may add some filters and may try to download.

And just tell us is this On-Prem or Community Edition version?

And also as you said if you are download 1KB file means that almost empty its downloading according to the current allocated filter.

first check if you able to see logs as mentioned, if yes (if possible ) show us a screenshot with headings

if you feel mess about filter just click “reset to default” will lineup to all default , and change “time” flter into several other categories and check u can see the data if yes, click download and check csv then

Thanks for the image and I have a small dought can you make another image by expanding
what I have Circle on the image can u check that if any filters applied
