Orchestrator - job priority settings

Hello.

I kindly ask for assistance in the bellow matter:

Bot A is scheduled at 1 o’clock on CERTAIN days of the month.
Bot B is scheduled at 2 o’clock on another set of CERTAIN days of the month.

Bot B is the “more important” one for the organisation.

In very rare cases they can run on the same day, hence overlap.
For those specific cases I specifically set the trigger-priority of bot B on High, and the one for Bot A was left normal. This is all shown in the above image.

I have also checked the info here: About Jobs (uipath.com) …including the “Execution Priority” section.

My question is this: in the case described above, shouldn’t Bot B be “stronger” than Bot A, and overwrite Bot B? I mean, if Bot B has the priority high, shouldn’t it automatically stop Bot A, which only has medium priority…even if Bot B starts LATER than Bot A?

Did I set up something wrong?

Is there a way to induce something like “freeze the on-going, less-important bot, and let the more important bot run EXACTLY when it starts”?

Thank you in advance for your help!
