Orchestrator : Job logs are not showing up

Hi All,

Orchestrator v2018.4.4

Till yesterday we able to execute all jobs and monitor output logs, but since today we are not able to see any of the job logs in orchestrator.
It is there UiPath.logs table and also in local drive.

We had tried restarting the robot services and also deleting the C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\UiPath\Logs\execution_log_data folder. But on restart of Robot services, folder gets created again.

Please suggest what we are missing.

In UiPath robot settings, log level is verbose and also in orchestartor, for robot, logging level is enables and set as verbose.

For local logs, you check in %Programdata% then UiPath folder then NLog File

variable name=“LogDirectory” value=“FILEPATH

Hello. What are you using as your logging target? Orchestrator SQL DB, Elasticsearch, or both?
