Logs are not shown in orchestrator while executing the jobs

Hi team,

Logs are not shown in orchestrator while executing the jobs.

Could you please figure out the issue.

Orchestrator community version : 2018.4.1-CE.2

IF you are using 2018 Version then

  1. Check In Run Time Tab of Uipath Robot, Where logging level parameter might be off. Change that to
    the required one.
  2. Else Check in Uipath.Settings
  3. Else Check in Uipath Robot Tray.

After the execution is complete also, the logs are not shown.

The logging level parameter is given as : “Information”.

What does logs page show? Empty? Error?

During the execution of the process, Logs page was empty.
Now some (not all) logs are seen in the page.
