Orchestrator in a VDI?

As per documentation

it is highly recommended to provide one dedicated server for each role

Are these statements below reasonably fair?

  • If there are < 30 robots of which some are simple, it would be sufficient to have one server machine.
  • And it’s possible to have Orchestrator on a persistent VDI which is open to internal network (other machines can access the VDI on the network).

Hey @gediminas

A server machine will be fine, having access to all users is of-course risky.

But that doesn’t affect in anyway unless some one does something on the application !

Also, for robots you will need separate machines !
