Orchestrator CE setting up email alert

Hi all,
I have followed the instructions given(https://orchestrator.uipath.com/v2019-fastTrack/docs/setting-up-email-alerts), but I still do not receive email alerts when I get an error from running a bad process on orchestrator. What am I missing?
Below is a picture of what I have set up (and yes I have made sure several times that the SMTP password is the same password that is generated app password from step 6.

I am facing the same one.
I configured everything follow Uipath instruction and get testing email successfully.
However, when I tried to run a process then get errors, but didnot receive any email alerts.
I dont know what is wrong here. (I even clear Enable SSL option, but still not working) :frowning:
