My IIS "Authorization Rules " with rule “Allow - All users”. Please help me

Remove host name and check and also pls check with your network guys , your 443 Port is open to communicate

i was set Host name and not set host name but it is not working
my firewall is opening port 443 and 80

i see in url have ‘ReturnURL’, i think it reason this error
