Operation timed out in send Outlook mail message

Hi
I’m trying to send email.using send Outlook mail message but it is giving me an error saying the operation has timed out.
Anyone know the reason for it?

Make sure your Outlook is open and running before your bot runs and uses send Outlook mail message activity

1. Make sure outlook is open
2. Increase the timeout and check…if there are huge attachment or so it might timeout sometimes
3. lastly try to change the mail apckage version
