One click “Add to My Calendar” button for Sharepoint or Outlook or Both (NO downloading of .ics files)

I posted this question in SO tagged as Sharepoint and Outlook. I am new to UIPath and maybe I can do this in UIPath. Below is my post.

============================
This should be much easier…

We enter a Teams meeting and surface it on our SP Portal. There is a add to calendar event link which downloads a .ics file and then the user has no idea where it is, they download it 17 times, they call the help desk…AAAAAHHHH.

The user is signed in. I want them to click the button and create a calendar event in their calendar.

Or can I send an email have a button they click that creates this for them. I am a programmer I can create the button.

Any help would be most appreciated.

I can manipulate outlook in UIPath. Can I build a button I could send to people that would do what I want? Or is this not the right path to go down…
